In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, freelancers and agencies are the backbone of many businesses, offering specialized skills and services that drive innovation and growth. Recognizing the pivotal role they play, Lancr is excited to announce the launch of its Free Profile & Funnel Gateway for freelancers and agencies worldwide.
This feature is created together with FreelancerToday.com, one of the leading and most promising blogs and resources dedicated to freelancers.
At Lancr, we've always been committed to addressing the challenges businesses face when hiring and compensating freelancers and contractors globally. Our platform has been instrumental in streamlining the hiring process and ensuring that remote talent is compensated in their preferred manner, all while significantly reducing associated fees.
Building on this foundation, we've taken a step further. We understand that in addition to payment challenges, freelancers and agencies often grapple with visibility and client acquisition. To address this, we've decided to provide our users, as well as other freelancers and agencies, with a Free Profile & Funnel Gateway. This feature is designed to enhance their online presence and help them land more clients.
One of the standout features of this initiative is Lancr's decision to "share" a portion of our SEO strength with our users. In the digital age, visibility on search engines can make or break a business. By sharing our SEO prowess, we aim to boost the online presence of freelancers and agencies, making it easier for potential clients to find them.
This move is not just about business; it's about community. We believe in the power of collaboration and the collective strength of the freelance and agency community. By sharing our resources, we hope to foster a sense of unity and mutual growth.
Lancr's Free Profile & Funnel Gateway is more than just a feature; it's a testament to our commitment to the freelance and agency community. We're excited to see the myriad ways in which this initiative will empower freelancers and agencies to grow, innovate, and succeed.
If you're a freelancer or an agency looking to expand your horizons, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey. Together, let's redefine the future of freelancing and agency work.

The costs of collecting, analyzing and storing data are not cheap. And unlike financial data, there is no standardized process for determining ESG scores. The complexity of ESG data and the lack of standardization in the process for assessing environmental, social and governance factors also makes it difficult to compare companies on these metrics. Regulators are trying to make ESG information more transparent by mandating that companies disclose them alongside their financials, but this is still materializing globally. Traditional providers such as MSCI or Refinitiv employ armies of analysts to get this data from corporate disclosures (if it exists) and then normalize that data and provide it back to you. This is a very expenive process, with lots of quality control, and importantly - because this data is not disclosed very frequently (companies typically disclose ESG related data annually), there is less incentive to have a continuous subscription to a ESG data feed, along with risk of information leakage. All of this results in very expensive, and limited annual contracts.
